The Pepper Foundation has a lot to celebrate this year, one of which is the launch of our first-ever in-house service! This is a historic moment for our charity. 

Recently, some major changes were made to the service received by the families we support; one of those changes meant that some families would lose their access to play in the home sessions. After listening to families affected and understanding how this would affect them, we knew that something needed to be done. So we decided to deliver this service ourselves to ensure that the children and families wouldn't lose this essential part of their lives. 

For some children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, day-to-day life can be a struggle and often includes hospital visits and pain management. The Pepper Play Service is something that the children look forward to, bringing joy and new fun experiences to their homes every week. Not only that, but it also means that we are able to create memories for families that they wouldn't otherwise get through family days out and group sessions. 

In creating this service, the Pepper Foundation needs to raise an extra £40,000 a year towards our general funds. This will help us deliver this vital service and create happiness and joy where it is needed the most. 

Every pound we raise also raises smiles, memories and happiness, and we couldn't be more thankful for that!
